These prices reflect the nicest and most efficient equipment being offered in the area. Top Shelf strives to supply only the highest quality of equipment possible. We have only the freshest of fruits for your garnishes and mixers, with the highest level of creativity and greatest attention to detail.

The list below is intended to enable you, the client, to roughly estimate an expected bar service cost. All bars include: Coca Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, Tonic, soda water and cranberry juice. Other similar services charge for these items. With Top Shelf it is always included. You can build your own party from the selections below, or call me and I will help you create a theme party you will remember for a life time.

Tropical Bamboo Bar
  • Top Shelf's signature location bar is the beautiful personally handcrafted, one of a kind Bamboo L-Bar. This island dream really sets the feel for your carribean/island theme party.  It is great for day or night, beach, backyard, or even a convention center. Rental includes a thatched bamboo umbrella. There are coconut cups available below to truly achieve your beach party theme!

Black Walnut Beauty
A touch of elegance for your special celebration. A nicer more attractive portable bar you'll be hard pressed to find. This bar adds a true touch of class to your celebration.

Top Shelf Light Bar
  • The Top Shelf Light Bar is the special effect touch for your party. It is really an amazing bar for a poolside or night time event. Solid illuminating colors are available, as well as the option for multiple colors in one bar.  A fog machine is also available if desired, for that night time party effect. This is the bar that lights up the night!

Bamboo Martini Bar
  • Top Shelf has done it again. With so many requests for the Bamboo L Bar, I had to create another tropical/carribean bar. Like the Bamboo L Bar above this bar is perfect for the outdoors, indoors, beach or convention center. If you are throwing a tropical theme party this is the bar for your, shaped like a martini glass this bar is a beautiful addition and can really drive home your theme!

White Wedding Bar

  • Top Shelf's answer to your white wedding woes! This bar is perfect for those brides out there that want a truly white wedding. This is a beautiful white acrylic bar with aluminum accents. Really an eye catcher for your white reception.

Traditional Bamboo Bar
This is the bar that the professor would have built if he had created rum on the island. Includes roof for shade and a place to rest your foot. Truly a great way to finish off your tropical theme party.

Frozen Margarita Machines
  • Top Shelf is proud to announce a new addition to the available rentals. Dual flavor frozen Margarita machines. Perfect for all celebrations! Can be used for daquiris, pina coladas, margaritas, slushees, frozen lemonade and many other flavors. With every  machine rental you get (1)1/2 gal of mix concentrate. (enough for 5 gallons or about 40-16oz margaritas), 50 cups, mixing jug, napkins, straws, napkin caddy, salt rimmer and salt( for margaritas), 6 foot table with black linen to place machine on(with spill guard) for easy no mess setup and breakdown. Each Additional 1/2 gal. bottle of concentrate is only $22.00. Local delivery and set up is included in the rental price. Drink mix flavors available in: -

 When viewing the prices please consider that the price quoted includes the coke, diet coke, sprite, tonic, cranberry, and soda water. Other similar services charge the bar rental plus the cost of all of your sodas. Also included in the price quoted are all necessary bar tools, napkins, straws, glass rimmers, fruit caddies, beer and wine chill buckets. Top Shelf strives to create a real and functional bar at your event, not a black painted plywood fold up bar, but a real bar that will turn heads. Let Top Shelf bring the bar to you!

For those events that want only a set drink menu and do not need the additional soda mixes, I do rent the bars as a pour surface, without the soda guns. Call me for more details.

 The host of the party must purchase all alcohol. Top Shelf will help build a shopping list and supply all mixers and juices. All bars that are rented without Top Shelf staffing require: a security/damage deposit, 1 hour set up, 1 hour break down, cleaning fee and .50 cents per mile for locations out of the local operating area.
